Mmm mmm good! This is a must realize for every one holiday in my household, or just afterward you have guests overnight! Can be made like egg substitute, skim milk and turkey sausage to make it healthier!

  2. 1 pound spicy pork sausage
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 2u2009u00bc cups milk
  5. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach - thawed, drained and squeezed dry
  7. 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
  8. 1 cup shredded prickly Cheddar cheese
  9. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  10. u00bc teaspoon dry mustard
  11. 2 sprigs well-ventilated light parsley, for gild
